Shinnenkai 2021 cancelled

The SJIS Alumni Association have decided not to hold the annual Shinnenkai 2021, due to the recent surge of Covid-19 in Japan. We regret that such measures has to be taken. We hope that the pandemic will be gone in the near future, and also hope to see you all soon.

“Due to the recent surge in Covid-19, the officers have decided to cancel the Shinnenkai 2021 usually held at the last week of January. We made this decision with much regret, but safety of all of our Alumni comes first. We hope for your kind understanding in this decision, and thank you all for your support. We have the Memorial Mass scheduled for March 6th, but we will be in discussion with Sacred Heart Cathedral and will announce any changes if any in the near future. Please stay safe.” commented Charles Chen, President of the SJIS Alumni Association.
